Our history
Since 2012, Eden Home has been building individual homes in Savoie and Haute-Savoie, driven by Fabrice Moretti, a builder, and Rodolphe Paccard, a carpenter, both united by their commitment to innovation in construction.
We stand out for our innovative approach to building private homes, focusing on the technical, environmental, energy and aesthetic qualities of our projects.Today, Eden Home is 25 employees working hand in hand to build your project.

To Meet
The first meeting serves to define the preliminary project. Before getting started, it is important to know yourself and the different stages that will lead to the final project.
Design Office
This stage is marked by the meeting with the design office. It consists of designing the future house and precisely costing everything that is requested.
Execution Plans
The execution design office produces detailed plans for each stage of construction, in close collaboration with LP Charpente.
Carry Out the Works
The works manager in the single point of contact. He takes care of all management from installation to finishing touches. Present in the field, he guarantees the good progress of the works.
Interior Architecture
Meeting the interior designer in the showroom is one of the highly anticipated moments. Designed as a place of inspiration and meetings, this beautiful space is available to make material choices.
Guarantee Satisfaction
After-sales service is available to ensure perfect completion for one year. A dedicated contact person is assigned to this service.
